Round 2 of testing will involve starting fresh all over again, and we are going to try and leave the game in this current state for a week or so to see how you get on with the changes (barring bug fixes and purely visual/aesthetic elements).

As always, please be active on Discord as that is the primary place to communicate with other testers and receive updates about parts of the game being worked on, or minor fixes/changes as they happen.

Bug Reports
All bug reports have been unassigned from their owners - if you reported bugs, there is now a button to reclaim them so that you can be updated on fix attempts and comments.  During downtime, some bugs were fixed so we would really appreciate retesting (when you get to a stage you're able to - no rush!) and marking those as fixed/not fixed where applicable.

Changes
* Energy now starts regenerating when the task is actually finished, rather than on collection of the results.
* Territory slot prices have been reduced on the lower slots.
* Explore encounters give slightly increased SC payouts.
* Base HP on wolves has been increased, 1 HP is now given every level instead of 2 HP on even levels.
* Battles have had a lot of tweaks and adjustments (read the section below).
* Pupsitting now gives EXP daily if pups are being sitted.  Pupsitting also earns proficiency.
* EXP required to reach level 20 has been increased, with lower levels faster to obtain and later levels slower to obtain.
* EXP awarded from completing various tasks has been reduced.
* The "New Member" banner has been removed in favour of a private message being received. :eyes:
* Achievement system has been implemented, there are currently only 2 accessible achievements but we plan on expanding on this more throughout the coming weeks.
* Unread messages can no longer be deleted from the inbox view.  To delete them, either read them and return to inbox view or delete them from within the message.
* Curing a wolf's illness now only restores up to half a wolf's maximum hit points, rather than restoring to full.

Battling Updates
Balancing
* Increased the impact of opponent's level and reduced the impact of opponent's type on their HP.
* Added damage scaling based on the opponent's type and level, which is both easier (at lower levels) and harder (at higher levels).
* Increased the impact of buffs and debuffs on damage; since we have more HP they can also stack now.
* Increased the healing effect of Resting.
* Resting now has a small chance of removing Wounded status.
* Reduced the Energy cost of Chasing to 1.
* Added a new Scattered status effect for groups - it automatically reduces the group's damage and rolls as their health drops below 50%.
* Added the possibility of some enemies Panicking when low on health and badly hit.

Visuals
* Added the missing drop-shadow and proper time-of-day color variations to health bar borders.
* Fixed a weird line that appeared on the background fur on some mobiles devices.
* Changed the flashing blood/poison effect to a fixed vignette.

Art Updates/Fixes
* Final Explore encounter art (mostly from Tundra and Glacier) is now in the game.  Explore should now have all launch art and if anything is missing, please report!
* Fixed various prey images
* Missing Dark Brown Full Rump had a wrong filepath, now fixed.
* Removed some marking types from appearing as an option in wardrobe and search, as they were added in advance for future update and not available in testing phase.
